Fit Core & Health is an equipment-based Pilates studio in Newburgh, IN!


What is Pilates?

​Pilates is a form of exercise focusing on building muscle strength while increasing flexibility. Pilates builds core strength, improves balance and posture, and provides overall relaxation for the body and mind. Pilates can be done with or without equipment.

Who benefits?

​Everyone! Pilates adapts to where YOU are in life - wanting to increase overall fitness, recovering from an injury, pre/post natal, scoliosis, chronic pain, you name it!

We offer reformer and mat Pilates sessions.
